
Cream Cheese Spinach Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients:
4 4oz chicken breasts (butterflied) (I used only 3)
1tsp. chilli powder
1tsp. italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Filling:
2 cups spinach
4oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup parm
1/4 cup mozzerella
1tbsp. minced garlic (I used 2tbsp. cause I like to live on the edge)

Instructions:
1- Mix all 'filling' ingredients together (I did it by hand eventually cause that was MUCH easier.
2- Fill each chicken breast with equal portions of filling. Hold together with toothpicks.
3- The original recipe called to make these on the stove, again.. I live on the edge, so I am making them in the crockpot. Stick them in the crockpot, and season with chilli powder, italian seasoning, and salt/pepper. I also added some basil.
4- I will be cooking these in the crockpot on high for 4 hours. If they need more time I will update you, but that should be good!
