Keto Cinnamon Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
1/8 tsp. pink salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup chia seeds if you're using coconut milk OR 1/2 cup chia seeds if you're using almond milk
sweetener to taste (I used 1 full droplet of sweet leaf sweet drops)

Instructions:
1- Mix all ingredients together. Wait about 3 minutes then mix again.
2- Chill in the fridge for about an hour.
3- Serve alone or with berries/keto-friendly chocolate chips/etc.
