#Breakfast
Whole wheat bread 2 slices...2P carbs
1egg...0.5P protein
Few drops olive oil...0.5P fat
130ml milk in tea...0.75P dairy
1 tbs hung curd...0.25P dairy
3 small dates in b.f
and 1 small banana early morning...1P fruit
Salad mixed in yogurt...veges✅

#Snack1
2.5tbs boiled chickpeas...0.5P protein
Boiled corns,green peas,cabbage,tomato...veges ✅

#Lunch
160gm rice...2P carbs
Oil in rice...1P fat
2 small chiken boti + 1Tbs boiled chickpeas...1P protein
3tbs yogurt...0.5P dairy
Lots of salad...veges✅
(Ab tou meri plate bhi choti parr gai hai...abhi fruit & half dairy portion bacha k rakha hai for snack 🙈)

After lunch:
80gm mango...1P fruit
1 cup green tea without sugar & with lemon juice (not for weight loss,just as a beverage)

#Snack2
100ml milk in tea...0.5P dairy
🔹️3 Marie biscuits...84 cal Treat

#Dinner
2 slice bread...2P carbs
80gm beef kabab...1P protein
🔹️2tbs yogurt chatni...18 cal treat 😎
Cucumber, tomato, cabbage...veges✅

After Dinner
1 banana + grapes (80gm in total)...1P fruit
1 mug lemon grass without sugar  (my love ❤)
🔹️P.S...took 30gm extra grapes as treat 🙈...21 cal

200ml milk...1P dairy
1tsp basil seeds ✔

P.S: Bread is home baked & i calculated the calories per slice 🙈🙈 its about 101cal per slice 👍🏻
