Yogurt 6 tbsp =1p dairy

So reserve my rest portion as I know I will have bake potato,fruit and can have a glass of fresh juice 150 ml

Can we take rice in all meals ,biryanu,pulao
Answer=yes as far as you have them in portion ;can enjoy biryani,pulao or boil rice
